How much does nmail cost?
nmail is €5 per user per month, with unlimited inboxes. Each person pays separately. All six features shown here are included.
Is there a limit on the inboxes I can connect?
No. The price is per user, with unlimited inboxes. Connect Gmail, Google Workspace, Outlook or Microsoft 365 accounts.
Can my team see every inbox automatically?
No. Inboxes stay private until you explicitly share them. Teammates only see the inboxes and conversations they have access to.
Can I reply from a teammate’s inbox?
Yes, when they have shared that inbox with you. You keep your own login, and their shared email address appears in From.
Does “seen” mean someone definitely read the email?
No. nmail shows recorded open signals. Email privacy settings can affect those signals, so use them as context for following up.
