Terms of Service

Last updated: 12 September 2026

These terms govern your use of nmail by soaq at nmail.io and its native iOS app. nmail is provided by Soaq AB. By signing in to use nmail, you agree to these terms. Questions can be sent to sebastian@scopeapp.io.

The service

nmail helps you connect Google Workspace, Gmail, Outlook.com, Hotmail, Live.com and Microsoft 365 inboxes, read and reply to email, manage drafts and conversations, schedule sends and work with authorized teammates through shared inboxes, assignments, internal comments and mentions. Some features are still being developed. Service availability depends in part on Google or Microsoft, your network and the connected account’s permissions and limits.

Your account and authority

You must have the authority to use each connected mailbox and to grant the access you request. If you use nmail for an organization, you must be authorized to act for it. Keep your connected accounts and devices secure, provide accurate account information, and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.

Team members require invitations and explicit inbox access; sharing an email domain is not sufficient. Inbox owners are responsible for choosing and maintaining appropriate sharing permissions. Sharing includes existing email history and internal comments. Only share content when you have the necessary authority and permissions.

Your content and instructions

You retain your rights to email, attachments and other content you provide. You authorize nmail to process that content as needed to carry out your instructions and provide the service, including sending messages to your selected recipients and showing shared inbox content to authorized teammates. This permission does not give us ownership of your content.

Review recipients, content and scheduling choices before sending. A scheduled email may be sent while the app is closed. Delivery can be delayed or fail, and send confirmation means your email provider accepted the request rather than guaranteeing receipt. Archiving changes the Gmail Inbox label; Trash and Spam actions affect the connected Gmail conversation. Outlook actions move messages to the corresponding Microsoft mailbox folders.

Acceptable use

Do not use nmail for unlawful activity, unsolicited spam, phishing, malware, harassment, infringement or unauthorized access. Do not evade inbox permissions, misuse another person’s identity, interfere with the service or attempt to obtain credentials or data you are not entitled to access. Your use must also respect the Google or Microsoft terms and policies applicable to your account.

If you enable email-open tracking, you are responsible for any recipient notice or permission required for your use. Image-load information is an estimate and should not be treated as reliable evidence that a specific person read a message.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what connected-provider and workspace data nmail accesses, how it is used and shared, what is stored, and how to request deletion. Mailbox authorization is requested separately when you connect an inbox. Do not put information into a shared inbox or comment that you are not authorized to disclose to its members.

Availability and changes

We may maintain, update or change nmail and may need to interrupt service to address operational or security issues. The current service does not include a guaranteed uptime or delivery commitment. Keep any records you need through your email provider account or an appropriate backup process; nmail is not a mailbox backup service.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided on an available basis without a promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or removes mandatory rights you may have.

Stopping use and suspension

You can stop using nmail, disconnect inboxes and revoke Google or Microsoft access at any time. Contact sebastian@scopeapp.io to request account closure or deletion of nmail data. Disconnecting or signing out is not a deletion request; shared workspace records are handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to prevent harm, investigate abuse, meet legal obligations or address a breach of these terms. Where practical and appropriate, we will explain the reason and provide an opportunity to resolve the issue.

Updates and contact

We may revise these terms as the service changes. The date above identifies the current version. We will notify users of material changes through the service or an appropriate contact channel. If you do not agree to updated terms, you may stop using nmail.
